It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to The Oxford College of Engineering (TOCE) — an institution that stands tall as a temple of learning and innovation for more than two decades. Over the years, TOCE has carved a niche for itself as one of the premier engineering colleges, committed to excellence in technical education, research, and holistic student development.

This enduring legacy of success and progress has been made possible by the visionary leadership of our founder Chairman, Late Sri S. Narasa Raju Garu, and the continued guidance and inspiration of our Chairman, Dr. S. N. V. L. Narasimha Raju Garu, under whose stewardship The Oxford Group of Institutions continues to grow from strength to strength.
