Alumni interaction in the Department
Alumni Meet 2020
The Department of Electronics &Communication Engineering had organized a virtual alumni meeting for the passed-out batches from 2009 to 2020 on22nd May 2021 on Virtual mode. The event was attended by more than 160 Alumni from different parts of India as well as from abroad.
The alumni shared their experiences in their college days and their journey from a student to the present position. Mr Raghu Rajappa has provided input to current students of Dept. of ECE about how to prepare for placement activities and in his words, he expressed how to choose the career path.
Mr. Sarvotham Prasad, Ms. Meghana, and Mr. Srinidhi Bhatt recalled their college memories. Later about 30+ Alumni shared their experiences and success stories to their juniors. They also recalled their moments they had spend during their college life.
Alumni Meet 2019
- Alumni Meet was conducted by Department of ECE on 20th April 2019 from 10.00AM to 1.00PM.
- 43 Alumni from 2009 to 2018 batch attended the Alumni meet.

- Departmental Vision and Mission
- Importance of Course Outcomes, Program Outcomes, PEOs.
- Alumni Survey specific to PEOs
Inputs given by the Alumni:
- Naini.V.Tej, batch 2010-2014 who is an Entrepreneur shared his experiences. His company is a platform for getting investment for start ups. He also mentioned how difficult it was to cope up with the tending technology and felt the need for up gradation.
- Sangana Basava, batch 2010-2014, Employee at Reliance JIO gave a short speech about his experiences at his work place. He shared the various technologies that are running in the industry and how important it is for an Engineering student to learn them and apply them in real world problems.
- Aishwarya Srinivas, batch 2014-2018, working for DXC Technology shared her experience as an employee and persisted upon spending at least an hour on ourselves and on our skills.
- Overall response from the Alumni was good and they are willing to help our students for Internships and Placements.
